演化草藥學：來自自然之心的科學、靈性與醫學

The chapter on pulse and tongue assessment finally made the science side click for me after years of piecing together traditions on my own. It's dense but never dry, and I've already filled the margins with notes for my own practice.

I've read a lot of herbal books that treat the science and the spirit as separate worlds, but this one actually builds a single cohesive model from traditions around the globe. The sections on energetic assessment alone changed how I work with clients. Dense in the best way, and worth reading slowly

Finally, a book that doesn't separate the lab from the soul—the way it layers global herbal systems into one practical framework really clicked for me. I've already used the comparative tables to rework three of my formulas, and the writing feels like a mentor guiding you rather than lecturing.
