I've filled journals before that just sat there, but the five-experience structure here actually made me sit with each one instead of rushing to the next. The space for writing months later, after the dust settles, turned out to be the part I didn't know I needed.

The prompts in each section pulled things out of me I didn't know were there, and having room for five separate experiences means I'm not cramming everything into one entry. It's the first journal I've actually finished more than a few pages of.

The prompts for each of the five sessions are laid out thoughtfully, not just blank pages to scribble in. Knowing the structure is there made me feel safe enough to actually be honest with what came up during my last journey.
