トゥルシー

My evening cup of this has become the thing I look forward to most. The aroma is genuinely sacred-feeling, sort of clove and mint at once, and it leaves me noticeably more settled instead of wired like regular tea does. Two months in and I've stopped reaching for my afternoon coffee entirely.

I've been steeping a pinch of this in hot water after work and the clove-like warmth really does settle me down. Three weeks in, I'm noticeably less wound up by small stuff. It's become the thing I reach for instead of a second coffee.

I've been steeping this tulsi every evening for two weeks now and the adaptogenic effect is real—my mind feels noticeably less cluttered by the time I finish the cup. The leaves are whole and fragrant, not crushed to dust like other dried herbs I've tried.
