ノコギリソウ

The dried yarrow arrived in nice whole sprigs rather than crushed dust, so it feels fresher than the bagged stuff I used to get. I brew a cup most evenings and it's become a gentle part of my wind-down routine.

I've been steeping a teaspoon of this yarrow before bed for a couple weeks now, and my digestion feels noticeably calmer after heavy meals. The whole dried flowers are intact and fragrant, not crushed to dust like some bags I've gotten. Really happy with the quality for the price.

I've been drinking yarrow tea most evenings and it's become a nice wind-down ritual. I mainly chose it for circulation support, and the dried flowers still smell fresh and potent rather than dusty. Steeping a teaspoon for about ten minutes gives a smooth, slightly bitter cup.
