I brew a cup about an hour before bed and my brain finally stops replaying the day. It's a gentle wind-down, not a knockout, which is exactly what I wanted. Third bag this month.

The first night I brewed a cup of this, my mind actually stopped racing long enough to drift off without staring at the ceiling for an hour. It's a gentle, quiet kind of calm rather than a heavy sedative feeling. Two weeks in and this is a permanent part of my wind-down routine.

I've been drinking this about an hour before bed and it genuinely takes the edge off a racing mind. The flavor is earthy and mild, not bitter like some other loose herbs I've tried. It's become the little ritual that signals my brain to wind down.
