オリーブリーフ

The leaves are whole and dry, not crushed to dust like the last bag I got, so a spoonful actually lasts through several steepings. I've been drinking a cup every morning since the weather turned, and it's become the thing I reach for when I feel run down.

I keep a jar of this on the counter once the weather starts turning, and the dried leaves hold up well even after a few weeks open. Steeping a spoonful in hot water gives a mild, slightly bitter cup that I actually look forward to.

The dried leaves steep into a surprisingly smooth cup, not bitter at all if you don't overdo the steeping time. I keep a jar on the counter and reach for it whenever the weather turns.
