ネトルリーフ

The leaves are cut finer than the bulk stuff I used to get, so they steep fast and don't leave grit at the bottom of the mug. Two weeks in and my afternoon slump feels less brutal, which is honestly why I keep reordering.

I've been making a nightly cup of this tea for about a month and my energy levels feel steadier during the day. The nettle itself is rich in iron, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The leaves are whole and dry, not crushed to dust like the last bag I bought. Steeping a big spoonful for ten minutes gives a deep earthy cup that's actually pleasant with a squeeze of lemon. Two weeks in and my afternoon energy slump is noticeably gentler.
