マヌカリーフ

I picked this up for the seasonal shift when I always feel run down, and the leaves have a real depth to them. Letting them steep a good while brings out a fuller, earthier cup than the lighter herbal teas I usually drink. It's become my go-to on the days I feel depleted.

Steeping a spoonful of these leaves in hot water has become my evening ritual during this seasonal shift, and the depth of flavor is genuinely soothing. The dried leaves arrive intact rather than crushed to dust, which tells me they were handled with care.

The dried leaves hold up well through a second steep, still deep and earthy without going bitter. I've been reaching for this on cold evenings when I'm feeling run down, and it's become a small ritual I actually look forward to.
