タンポポ根

I've been steeping a spoonful of this every morning for about three weeks and it's become a ritual I actually look forward to. The flavor is earthy and a little bitter, but a touch of honey smooths it right out.

The root pieces are bigger than the powdered stuff I used to get, so I just drop a few in hot water and let them sit while I make breakfast. It's become the calmest part of my morning, and my stomach feels less sluggish by the afternoon.

I've been steeping a spoonful of this every morning and the taste is earthy but mild, not bitter like I feared. After about two weeks my digestion feels noticeably calmer, so it's earned a spot in my daily routine.
