I've been adding this to my evening tea and the shift in mood is subtle but real, like a warm unwinding rather than anything sedating. The dried leaf itself smells fresh and slightly sweet, not dusty like some bulk herbs I've bought. Two weeks in and I'm genuinely enjoying how it takes the edge off

Steeped a teaspoon in hot water before bed and the quiet lift is real — not jittery, just a soft mood shift that lingers. Been reaching for it on slow evenings instead of a second glass of wine, and I'm sleeping better too.

The smell alone sold me — earthy and a little floral. I've been using it as a tincture about 20 minutes before bed and the wind-down feels gentler, more relaxed without being drowsy. Two weeks in and it's earned a spot on my shelf.
