Happy High Herbs 第9版 レイ・ソープ著

Ray Thorpe clearly did his homework here—the chapters on natural highs read like a conversation with a wise old herbalist, not a textbook. I've already flagged three passages to share with my book club for discussion.

The chapter on herbal lore alone was worth the read, and I liked that it covers the history behind each plant rather than just effects. Only gripe is the index could be more detailed when you're flipping back to find a specific herb. Solid reference to keep on the shelf.

I picked this up mostly out of curiosity about the herbal lore section, and it turned out to be the most interesting part. The natural highs chapter got a bit repetitive by the end, but overall it's a solid reference I'll keep on the shelf.
