After a couple weeks of this in my evening tea, I've noticed I'm not lying awake replaying my whole day anymore. The powder mixes in without that gritty texture I've gotten from other dried herbs. Just a calmer, steadier way to close out the night.

I've been taking this root for about three weeks now, usually stirred into warm milk before bed, and the evenings feel noticeably less wound-up. The earthy, slightly bitter taste took a couple of nights to get used to, but it's easy enough to mask with a little honey.

The powder mixes into my evening tea without clumping, which I didn't expect from a dried root. Two weeks in, I'm noticing I settle into the day with less of that jittery edge. It's become the calmest part of my routine.
