Steeped a teaspoon for ten minutes and the cup came out mild and grassy, nothing bitter. I've been drinking it most evenings for a couple weeks and it just feels gentle, no harsh jolt to the stomach like some cleansing teas.

I wasn't expecting much from such a humble herb, but after a few weeks of a nightly cup it's become a quiet ritual I actually look forward to. The dried flowers are fragrant and fresh, and it steeps into a mild, grassy cup that never feels harsh on my stomach.

I've been drinking a cup of this every evening for about three weeks and the gentle, quiet effect is exactly what I wanted — nothing harsh, just a slow settling. The dried herb itself smelled fresh when I opened the bag, which I wasn't expecting from such an overlooked plant.
