I mixed this traditional grind in the evening and the effect is noticeably gentler than the heavy kava I used to drink. The Kelai and Melo Melo combo makes for a smooth, heady session without leaving me couch-locked.

The blend of Borogoru, Melo Melo, and Kelai gives a noticeably smoother, headier feel than the single-strain kavas I've tried. I mix two tablespoons in warm water, and the effects settle in mellow without any next-day fog.

I've tried a few kava blends and this one hits different. The mix of Melo Melo and Kelai makes it smooth going down with barely any of that bitter aftertaste. Half an hour later my shoulders just let go.
