I was skeptical about a dried herb making much difference at a dinner party, but this one genuinely softened the edges of the evening. The effect is subtle rather than heavy, just a quiet ease that made conversation flow more naturally.

The first time I tried this before a dinner with friends, the conversation just flowed easier and I felt genuinely present instead of half-distracted. I only need a small pinch, so the pouch is lasting me a good while.

I was a bit skeptical about trying it before a dinner with friends, but the way it shifted the conversation into a calmer, more open flow was exactly what I needed. The earthy taste is fine once you get used to it, and the effect felt distinctly present without being overwhelming.
