I was skeptical about instant kava actually working, but a couple teaspoons of this in warm water had me feeling genuinely relaxed within twenty minutes. The bitter-sweet, creamy taste is way more pleasant than the gritty stuff I used to strain through a bag.

Mixed it into warm water and the creamy, bitter-sweet taste came through way smoother than I expected from a kava. The mellowness creeps up slow, which I actually prefer over a hard punch. Two teaspoons is my sweet spot for unwinding after work.
