高辛烷值粉末

The green grassy taste takes a couple sips to get used to, but mixing it into my water bottle before leg day genuinely pushed me through the last few sets. Two scoops is plenty for a long session, so the bag has lasted me well over a month.

Skeptical at first since most "endurance" powders taste like chalk, but this one mixes smooth and I actually noticed I wasn't fading during the last mile of my runs. The whole herb blend sits easy on my stomach too.

The difference in my endurance around the 45-minute mark of my lifting sessions is noticeable — I'm not hitting that wall like I used to. The taste takes some getting used to, but it mixes fine with a little juice.
