漢蕘草

The dried leaves arrived fresh-looking with a deep green color, not dusty or faded like some herbs I've ordered before. I've been adding it to my evening tea for a few weeks now and it has a mild, pleasant taste that's easy to drink daily.

The leaves are so finely dried that a half-teaspoon goes a long way in my morning tea. I mainly wanted something to support my body's natural oxygenation, and after a few weeks I feel less run down in the afternoons.

I've been steeping a teaspoon of this in hot water every morning for about three weeks and it's become a nice little ritual. The dried herb smells fresh and grassy, not dusty like some I've tried, and I like that it's gentle enough to drink daily.
