貓薄荷

I keep this in the cupboard for evenings when my mind won't slow down, and a cup about an hour before bed has become a small ritual I actually look forward to. The dried herb is fragrant and fresh, not dusty like some I've bought.

Steeped a spoonful after a chaotic workday and the tension in my shoulders just melted off within twenty minutes. It's gentle enough that I can drink a mug at 4pm without feeling groggy, which is more than I can say for most calming teas I've tried.

I've been brewing this before bed when my mind won't stop racing, and the calm it brings is genuinely noticeable within ten minutes. The dried leaves have a soft, herbal aroma that's not at all overpowering, and it's become my signal that the day is officially over.
