After a week of drinking this morning and night, I can tell the difference — that heavy pressure in my lower back is completely gone. The citrus taste is sharp but not overpowering, and it's become my daily ritual to help keep my urinary tract clear.

The citrus taste is surprisingly pleasant for something that's supposed to help with kidney stones. After a few days, I noticed way less discomfort when urinating, and my back pain has eased up too.

The citrus flavor is actually pleasant, not bitter like other herbal teas I've tried. After about a week of drinking it nightly, the burning when I urinate eased up quite a bit. Steeping it for five minutes seems to get the best results.
