I was skeptical about a powder actually helping with adrenal fatigue, but by day four I noticed I wasn't dragging myself out of bed anymore. The taste is earthy and a bit bitter, so I stir it into warm broth rather than water. It's become the one part of my morning routine I don't skip.

Two weeks in and my afternoon crash is basically gone. I mix it into coffee before my shift and the kidney/adrenal blend seems to actually do something.

I've been stirring a spoonful into warm water most mornings and the difference in my afternoon energy is noticeable. It's not a jittery buzz like coffee, just a steadier reserve I can actually draw on.
