The weave on this thing actually holds the fine powder in while letting the liquid through, so I'm getting way more out of each batch than with my old cheesecloth setup. Squeezing it out takes a bit of elbow grease but the yield is worth it.

Didn't expect much from a bag but this thing really pulls its weight. The weave holds onto the fine powder without clogging up, so I get way more out of each batch than my old cloth setup. Kneading takes a bit longer now, but the squeeze is worth it.

This bag filters so finely that my second wash still comes out clean and potent, which means I’m getting noticeably more out of every batch. The weave feels tight but not stiff, and cleanup is just a quick rinse. Easily the best strainer I’ve settled on after trying a few cheaper ones.
