มัลลีน

The dried mullein arrived in nice big loose pieces, not the dusty powder I half expected, so it strains clean in my teapot. I've been drinking it through allergy season and my chest feels less tight in the mornings.

I've been making a cup of this every evening during allergy season and it's become the thing I actually look forward to. The dried herb smells earthy and sweet, and it brews into a smooth tea that soothes my throat without any harsh aftertaste. Two months in and I've already reordered.

The leaves are soft and fluffy, not the dusty crushed stuff I've gotten before. I've been steeping a big spoonful in hot water with honey most evenings, and it's become the part of my day I actually look forward to.
