I was hoping this tincture would help with my afternoon stress, and the ashwagandha and chamomile blend actually calmed me down within a week. The flavor is pleasantly mild, not bitter like some herbal drops I've tried.

I wasn't sure about flower essences in a tincture, but the ashwagandha and lemon balm combination has noticeably calmed my afternoon jitters. The oat green gives it a subtle earthiness I didn't expect.

Ever since I started taking this tincture before bed, my mind feels noticeably calmer and I fall asleep faster. The blend of Ashwagandha and Lemon balm really works for me without making me groggy in the morning.
