Hops Flowers

The flowers came whole and fragrant, not crushed to dust like some I've ordered. I steep a big spoonful an hour before bed and it settles my whole body into that heavy, mellow wind-down. Genuinely the best evening herb I've tried.

I've been dropping a spoonful into hot water about an hour before bed, and the mellow feeling creeps in slowly rather than knocking me out. The dried flowers still smell fresh and grassy, not dusty like some old herbs I've bought.

Opened the pouch after a long day and the earthy aroma alone started shifting me into unwind mode. Steeped a teaspoon about an hour before bed and felt that deep mellowing settle into my shoulders, exactly what I was hoping for. These will be a regular part of my evening routine.
