Wiązówka błotna

Steeped a teaspoon after a heavy dinner and the bloating eased within the hour, which surprised me. The dried flowers still look fresh and bright in the bag, not dusty like some I've bought.

The aroma when I open the bag is warm and slightly sweet, which makes steeping it feel like a small ritual. It's become my go-to on nights when my stomach feels unsettled after a late dinner, and it settles things gently without any harsh aftertaste.

Steeped a cup after a heavy meal and my stomach felt settled within twenty minutes, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The dried herb has a soft, sweet-smelling fragrance that makes the whole ritual feel calming, and it brews into a gentle tea that's easy to drink every day.
