슈퍼피스트 치

Two scoops in my morning tea and I actually notice the difference by mid-afternoon, no more crashing at my desk. It dissolves well enough that I'm not chewing gritty bits, which was my worry with a dried herb blend. The energy feels steady rather than jittery, and that's exactly what I wanted.

I've been mixing this into warm water before my afternoon slump hits, and the difference in my energy is noticeable within about twenty minutes. The blend of revered Qi herbs tastes earthy but not bitter, which I appreciate since I'm not a fan of most dried herb powders.

The half-teaspoon scoop in the morning has become my little ritual before work, and I actually notice the difference in my afternoon energy dips. It dissolves easily in warm water and the earthy taste isn't unpleasant at all.
