사워솝 잎

The leaves arrived whole and dry, not crushed to dust like the last batch I ordered elsewhere. Made a pot of tea and the earthy flavor came through smooth, no bitterness even after a long steep.

I've been steeping a few of these leaves every evening and the earthy, gentle flavor is exactly what I wanted in a caffeine-free tea. The dried leaves rehydrate nicely and hold up through a second pour without turning bitter.

The leaves arrived whole and mostly unbroken, which I appreciated since crushed bits tend to make a gritty cup. Steeped for about eight minutes, it gives a smooth, earthy brew with just a hint of sweetness, no bitterness at all. Been swapping my afternoon coffee for this and I'm not missing it.
