The adaptogens in this blend are what sold me — I take it on busy workdays instead of a third coffee and the energy feels steadier, no jittery crash by 3pm. Been about three weeks now and I'm noticeably less wiped out by evening.

I've been taking this before my long runs and the adaptogens seem to help with the afternoon slump I used to hit around mile four. The blend mixes energy herbs with the calming stuff nicely, so it's not a jittery caffeine buzz.

I keep this blend on my desk for the 3pm slump and it's become a habit I actually look forward to. The adaptogens seem to smooth out the energy herbs so there's no jittery crash later. Two weeks in and my afternoons feel noticeably steadier.
