The bark pieces are thick and woody, so I simmer about a tablespoon for twenty minutes and the decoction comes out dark and earthy. Been taking it every morning for a month now and I feel noticeably more grounded through the day.

I've been brewing this as a nightly tea for a few weeks and the taste is earthy and mild, not bitter like some other barks I've tried. The chunks are dense and dry, so a small handful goes a long way in my teapot. Feels like a proper grounding ritual to end the day.

The bark comes in thick woody chunks that actually need a good 15-minute simmer, not just a quick steep. Earthy and slightly bitter, but that's exactly what I want from a real Amazonian herb. Two weeks in and it's earned a permanent spot in my morning routine.
