After a few weeks of using it, I feel noticeably less reactive to daily stress—that rooted calm they mention is real. The dropper gives just the right amount, and the earthy taste is surprisingly pleasant.

The dropper makes it easy to measure a few drops into my evening tea, and I’ve noticed a calmer, more steady feeling over the past couple weeks. It’s become a simple ritual I actually look forward to.

This tincture has a noticeably smoother taste than the dried root capsules I used to take, which makes it much easier to stick with daily. I feel a subtle sense of steadiness setting in after a couple of weeks, without any of the jitters I sometimes get from other herbal blends.
