Superfeast I am Gaia

I've been mixing a spoonful into warm water most mornings and the taste is earthy but totally drinkable. It's a blend of tonic herbs rather than just one, which is what drew me in. Two months in and I feel steadier through the day.

My acupuncturist suggested tonic herbs and this blend of revered Chinese herbs has become my nightly ritual. I sleep deeper and wake up less achy, and I like that it was made with women in mind.

I've been stirring this blend into my evening tea for about three weeks now and the flavor is earthy but mild, not bitter like some tonic herbs I've tried. It's become a little ritual I actually look forward to.
