An evening dose left me genuinely still, which I didn’t expect from a dried herb. It’s substantial in effect, not just a light settling, and my mind stayed quiet well past bedtime.

The deep stillness it brings is noticeable about 20 minutes after brewing, exactly what I needed after a long week. A single cup before bed really helps quiet my racing thoughts.

I've been using this wild lettuce for about a week now, and it really delivers the deep stillness it promises—even a half-teaspoon is noticeably quieting. The dried herb has a mild, earthy scent that makes the ritual feel intentional. Perfect for unwinding after a long day.
