سائل البروبوليس - خالٍ من الكحول

My throat felt scratchy all week, so I started mixing a bit of this propolis liquid into warm tea each morning instead of honey. Since it's alcohol free, there's no harsh burn going down, just a mild taste. Two days in and the scratchiness has mostly settled.

Been taking a teaspoon of this every morning during flu season and haven't caught a thing since starting it. The 40% double strength concentration means I only need a small amount, so the bottle is lasting way longer than I expected. Doesn't sting going down either, which I was worried about.

The alcohol-free formula is a huge win for me since I use it daily for throat support, and it doesn't burn or leave that harsh aftertaste. A few drops under the tongue each morning and I've noticed my immune system feels more resilient through this cold season.
