I was skeptical about catnip but this blend is genuinely calming, the damiana gives a nice gentle lift without any jitters. Perfect for unwinding after work, and the 90g bag feels substantial.

The 90g bag is a solid deal, and I like that the damiana and catnip blend feels balanced—smooth and calming without knocking me out. I've been mixing a pinch into my evening tea and it does the trick nicely.

Catnip really takes the edge off without feeling too heavy; the damiana adds a nice lift that lasts a couple hours. Perfect for unwinding after work when I just need to reset my headspace.
