I was skeptical about the tartness but this hibiscus is perfect over ice with a little honey. The ruby-red color it gives off is gorgeous, and the cranberry-like flavor is refreshing without being overpowering.

Steeped a big handful in cold water overnight and it made the most refreshing ruby-red pitcher — way better than the cranberry juice I used to buy. The flowers themselves look fresh and whole, not crushed to dust like some dried herbs I've gotten. Two weeks in and I'm already ordering more.

The tartness really surprised me — I expected something sweeter, but it's almost like unsweetened cranberry juice, which I actually prefer. I've been cold-brewing a big jar overnight and drinking it iced all week. The whole petals are intact too, no dusty bits at the bottom of the bag.
