مسحوق غوارانا

I was skeptical about a powder replacing my morning cup, but this guarana mixes into warm water without clumping and the lift feels steadier, no jittery crash by lunch. Two weeks in and I'm still surprised how far one small scoop carries me through a long shift.

Swapped my afternoon coffee for a scoop of this in warm water and the energy feels steadier, no jittery crash around 3pm. The grind dissolves pretty easily too, though it's got a distinctly bitter, earthy taste I had to get used to.

I've been mixing half a teaspoon into my morning smoothie and the alertness creeps in gradually instead of hitting me all at once like coffee does. The powder dissolves pretty well too, no gritty sludge at the bottom of the glass.
